MIDNIGHT TO SEVEN (7) AM SURCHARGE: If your reservation includes driving time between midnight and 7 AM, there is a $50.00 surcharge added. This is split $35/$15 between the driver and the office staff person on duty during the trip. This will include driving time during those hours that wasn’t planned, but happened due to airline delays, baggage delays, etc. However, if traffic or severe weather causes our driver to be driving during these hours, we will not charge the Midnight to 6 AM Surcharge.
CANCELATION / NO-SHOW POLICY: Our basic cancellation/no-show policy for airport shuttles is 48 hours prior to your arrival time. Reservations canceled less than 48 hours, but more than 24 hours before arrival time will be given a 50% refund of their transfer fee and all of any built-in tips. Credit Card Fee is non-refundable. There will be no refund for cancelations made less than 24 hours. There will be no refunds for any No-Shows.
